<p>Halle Berry has filed an emergency request, asking the court to restore her 50/50 custody arrangement with her ex-husband Olivier Martinez regarding their 13-year-old son Maceo. Martinez claimed Berry physically abused Maceo and placed him in a chokehold, which led a judge to issue a temporary restraining order against the Oscar winning actress.
